My Background
I took a month long painting course in college. My teacher said I was a genius. So, I didn't paint again for 40 years. Now studying at the MFA in Boston. I get the same praise from my two teachers. Are they just jerking my chain?
My Medium
I paint with oils, but usually prefer acrylics because I am a slob and I can clean up after myself a little better with them. And, I draw.
My Inspiration
I can't help looking at everday people and scenes and seeing more than I ever did. Where did all those colors come from? Check out that guy's nose. "Is the hip bone connected to the thigh bone?"
